Refund & Exchange Policy
At Alix Avien Paris Pakistan, we aim to provide you with a smooth and satisfying shopping experience every time you shop with us.
Please review our exchange and return policy carefully before placing your order.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and unopened
- Original packaging must be intact
- Protective seals must not be broken
- Order ID or proof of purchase is required

Include your Order ID and a clear explanation of the issue.
Important – Cash on Delivery Orders
We currently operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
Parcels cannot be opened before payment to the courier.
Once the order has been delivered and payment has been made, it will be considered accepted unless a valid issue is reported within the specified timeframe.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Opened or used beauty products
- Fragrance products
- Items purchased during sale or promotional campaigns
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
- The product
- The packaging
- The invoice
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Refund Policy
We maintain a No Refund Policy.
As we offer Cash on Delivery only, refunds are not applicable once an order has been delivered and paid for.
Additional Information
- Minor color variations due to lighting and screen differences are not considered defects.
- Claims submitted after 14 days of delivery will not be entertained.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed defective.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability or unforeseen circumstances.
