At Alix Avien Paris Pakistan, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely.
Please review our shipping guidelines below.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Verification
As we currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only, our team may contact you to verify your order before dispatch.
Orders that cannot be verified may be cancelled.
Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
Estimated delivery times:
- Major cities: 2–3 working days
- Other areas: 3–5 working days
During busy periods, sales events, or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs.199 is applied to all orders across Pakistan.
Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email to monitor the status of your delivery.
Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt fails due to:
- Incorrect address
- Customer unavailable
- Order refusal
the order may be cancelled.
Repeated order refusals may result in future orders being declined.
Order Cancellation
Alix Avien Paris Pakistan reserves the right to cancel an order before dispatch due to:
- Product unavailability
- Incorrect pricing
- Technical issues
- Unverified Cash on Delivery orders
Customers will be notified in such cases.
