Do I need an account to place an order?

No. You can place an order as a guest without creating an account.


How do I place an order?

  1. Browse our products and select your desired item
  2. Choose the shade or variant (if applicable)
  3. Click Add to Cart
  4. Proceed to checkout and enter your shipping details
  5. Confirm your order with Cash on Delivery

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.

You can pay the courier when your order is delivered.


How will I know if my order is confirmed?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation message or email.

Our team may also contact you to verify your order before dispatch.


How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Major cities: 2–3 working days
  • Other areas: 3–5 working days

Delivery times may vary during holidays or sales periods.


Are there any shipping charges?

Yes. A flat shipping fee of Rs.199 applies to all orders within Pakistan.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout.


What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
